They cannot handle orders and give unnecessary commitments to provide the order in time. Completely ridiculous staff with no courtesy to give a call and update that the order is not ready.
If you need something urgent, BEWARE !!! This is not the place to be.
I am going to complain at the head quarters and see to it that this store gets proper treatment.
