STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND UNHELPFUL TO CUSTOMERS. NOT PROVIDING PROPER INFORMATION ABOUT COMPANY OFFERS.
ITS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS Store.
THE STORE MANAGER ALSO NOT RESPONDING WHEN WE RAISED COMPLAINTS.
THEY ARE INTERESTED ONLY MAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY.
IT IS BETTER TO AVOID THIS STORE. THERE MANY STORES AVAILABLE IN MARKET.
THEY ARE SPOILED THE RAYMOND BRAND NAME.
NO CUSTOMER VALUE....

They will attend you only if you tell them that you there to buy the most expensive stuff, else be ready for some shocker. The entire staff team is terrible. Raymond has made a big mistake by offering this store a franchise. Seems raymond has forgot to put in the training in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your money. No response shop. Please think twice before spending your hard earn money. I spend nearly Rs.17000 on this shop and they do not stitch my trousers and shirt properly and when I complained no response. I thought this is Raymond shop but nothing like it. I never ever buy any Raymond ptoduct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store @ Alpha one - Customer service on the day of pick up does not even deserve @ 1 Star.
Purchased a 3pc suit / shirt / tie & on the day of pick we asked if we can get a refund on the shirt & tie (which we did not even take from the store yet) & the Women there was like sorry no refund you can exchange for something else.
This women 1st of all was walking around barefoot.
Came out with white cream or something on her nose. While my son was trying on his suit we did not have any proper one on one customer service.
The staff appeared totally lost in what to do.
Hence after we found a shirt to exchange told by one staff that we still have a 500 rupee credit balance , the women comes out from the back room & says you owe 1000 rupees more because the shirt we purchased that day was on sale & the shirt we were exchanging that day was not.
I simply said just return everything I purchased & I left.
No thank you from staff.
No compromise.
No making the customer happy.
If you want to be like the western world than your staff behavior & store policies should also be like them.
