**Please avoid this Studio / Lab** Go to Star Color Lab for the best price and Service. Worst service by Manager and Owner. Today went for Photo Print (12x10) of my mother, Spoken with system boy regarding details and asked about the price which he said to ask the manager. I checked with the manager and he said INR 200 for two copies which is fine and said i need two copies. Went to system boy and asked to put Orange Tilak on the photo which he said he will do it. When i got the photo by the way only one copy there is no tilak on that photo. Asked the manager that i mentioned to system boy that i need Orange Tilak on the photo, he said why you didn't mention to me regarding tilak he is just system boy he will not do anything you asked. Yes may be but If the system boy said that I have to inform the manager then definitely I would have done it but he just said Ok will do it. I am upset because the owner or manager even didn't consult with the system boy and using bad words on me with demanding money. I said clearly if I get two photos with orange tilak I will pay the money and will leave. But he said to get the additional copy you have to pay an additional 100 as the photo is customized now, moreover, I didn't need additional copy the original copy mistake was done by system boy which they not even acknowledging. I said to them if the system says to you that I didn't mention regarding tilak, I will pay you the money and they are not ready to even check with him. Overall the owner didn't have any common sense and he is the biggest jerk i have seen in this competitive business., he just thought that I am an illiterate fool and can curse words on me to get money what he didn't know / he will not be known how much influence I can make on his future business by telling to all my friends and colleagues asking by not to go his Lab. I left the shop wen to a neighbor shop - Star Lab, they did the same thing for 180 and no issues at all. Never negotiated the price at any shop just FYI.

1 of the famous lab in Eluru, it's located at RR PET, Near Thrinadh clothes, Reasonable price for Photo albums,banners, vinyl flexes.. Lots of veritie Photo Albums available here. My rating 5 out of 4 becoz lots of crowd, waiting.
