★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unresponsive staff, it will take months to get a revert from them and they don't make payment on time ..worst experience with such organization. Higher official should take steps in this matter. If possible, I would like to give then negative star's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they have a pretty funny Hiring process. They called one of my friends (CA) for interview(which is fine but most organizations take 1st round over a telephonic/ video call and after clearing first round they call for face to face ). She appeared for interview there and it went well according to her(you know your gut feeling when you have done well in interview n when you have not). She was desperately waiting for result/feedback of the interview. After a day or 2 she mailed the HR who had scheduled the interview and asked for the feedback. After not receiving any response she called the HR but call was unanswered. she mailed again inquiring the status of recruitment process and again no response. finally she called the HR from a 3rd person's mobile n to her surprise this time HR picked the call( imagine being selectively being ignored by someone in these troubled times). On the call HR told her she is waiting for the instructions from above management ( manager or senior person responsible for hiring on oerticular role) and will revert based on that for further hiring process( HR could have replied n conveyed the on mail or call. if it was that simple). After disconnecting the call my friend received the mail quoting she has been rejected on technical grounds ( which is fine and valid somrtimes u think u did well but interviewer was expecting some better and different answers).
I don't know if it's just me or anyone else find it funny, inefficient process and ignorant behavior from Bliss GVS hiring team. They might be a reputable company but this doesn't mean they can treat a candidate with such casual non professional approach. Wish them all the luck n success ?
