You have to wait outside in line but thats all because of COVID-19 rules.
They are shut on SUNDAYS n close at 18:00 hours

β β β β β This Vodafone Store is wat better than the other stores I've been too. People here actually work instead of gossiping around. Provide detail information as you would want them to. Only problem is that sometime you've to wait a lot.

Wanted to replace my existing sim since it got damaged.
The Vodafone staff says that I will get sim replacement but the new sim will be under billing for 4 months.
When I asked them to give me this in writing, the staff refused for the same.
Then they made me to sit for a long time and after waiting for about 1 hour, I got a my sim replaced with prepaid option.
