Daily Internet goes down for 3-4 hours plus. Customer service seems extremely busy at times while internet is down with no callback too. And Jeebr ensures no internet at night. Suffering from last so many days. But as no customer service at night so cant document any complaint.

I installed it this month, in the beginning, I had an issue with my connection, called the customer service number (you dial and it goes as a missed call and JEEBR will call you back, that’s their rule) - nobody contacted me back even though it does say 24/7.
Had to call the person I spoke to (before installation) who was a sales guy - Sameer. This dude has helped a lot! After dialling office numbers that he provided, I got my work sorted.
Honestly, the internet is good, I do face disconnection issues BUT, I have to restart my router to get it back up. Weird, but does the trick! I wish to see my connection being stable soon.
I’m barely a few weeks old using JEEBR i.e new user, this has been my journey with them. I’d still suggest JEEBR, because they’re really quick once you get through.
Tip: contact the JEEBR office located near you. They’re much more efficient than the toll free number, at least from my experience. I hope after writing this review they continue to do so.

I am totally satisfied with their services. I have been using their services from 4 year between these days I had faced issue but believe me their customer support service is amazing. I called them their executive visited in just and resolved the issue. Even over the call, they provide remote support. Their services are excellent and th e plans are competitive. I will recommend their services to all of you as I am satisfied with the internet service.
