I went for the web designer interview, I doubt if they seriously need someone. They gave me plenty of design to make and I made than they give me some more designs for home and I made it all. Every time they come up with something new and that's how they completed all there designs without appointing me.
And when they have done with all their design after 15 days, emailed me that all my deaigns are basic and u couldn't quilify.

BlitzCode work on advance technologies.It is a good company to start with flexible timings and no late nights.
Interview Process is tough for those who are unable to perform practically and not updated with new technologies. As a startup they are looking for candidates having good knowledge and creative thinking while designing and logics while developing.
All are serious and dedicated to the work.
