I learned and worked on multiple technical tools in these months which empowered me to carry on my career with Mithi. I received immense support from the management and staff at Mithi. The place is always very happening. The culture at Mithi rewards the performance. There are always challenges and opportunities to scale up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing that strikes you when you join the company is the warmth extended by the Directors and the team here. Most of the people working here have been around for many years and the work culture is the main reason for that. The current phase of the company is till date the best -I can vouch for it since I'm in sales and I know how the market reacts to Mithi's products. All in all, things are getting started and the company is moving forward in a big way here.

Pros:
1. Mithi provides tremendous opportunities to work on the project end to end right from inception to deployment.
2. Experienced seniors who are always eager to help.
3. Food (breakfast and lunch).
4. Great learning experience.
5. Not much pressure on the employees and healthy interaction with the founding members of the company.
6. Conscientious seniors, the senior members like Prakash sir and Sandeep sir are always working and set a good example for the fellow employees.
Cons:
No Cons as such, but the company is yet to reach the kind of success its tremendous potential promises.

We are also using Vaultastic and find that the stable and secure email services offered by Mithi are very reliable. There have rarely been any episodes of downtime but whenever we have had any issues the tech support team has always handled the problems quickly.
My reasons for choosing their solution for Sharada Industries were:
1. Cost effective email solution
2. Secure email system
3. Archiving of data
4. Made in India product
