They took 3 rounds , assessment test ,Technical interview, Director round.
I had salary discussion with director
later they asked me to submit all the documents.
I took follow up from HR for offer letter
after 2 days HR called me and said your not selected for the position

My joining process went smooth and senior management helped to understand and get adjusted with organization and team members. I am deployed in good project with latest technology in used so for me a lot of new learning is happening here.

Even though I cleared both the rounds of interview got shortlisted for HR discussion, they didn't conduct my HR round, simply raised hands and said that "we can't hire u".....
Such kind of things are not acceptable...

2. Approximately 120+ billable people so good financials
3. Well above 1 musd annual revenues
4. Flexible working hours and good work life balance
Cons:
1. No properly defined roles and responsibilities. However being a startup they could work on it
