β β β β β Extraaedge Software is very good but the company lacks in after sell support. They do not help customers in customization. Customer has to speak with all the service providers and get the solution which in turn affects the business. Some times, in spite of knowing the solution, they ask customer to speak with the service providers and find out the solution. We feel they should improve upon their customer service so that customer will remain in tact. For basic Software, EE is very very costly. There are other very good options available in the market at a cheaper rate.
