of Application Development Intern. The selection process was very unique and genuinely based on application of knowledge rather than mugged up theory and concepts.

β β β β β I've been working for Noovosoft for since April 2017 and experience till now is pretty good and decent. Top technology, Top systems, Great Facilities They genuinely care about employee. I'm challenged each day, motivated to do my best and feel supported by management team. It's a joy coming to work each day! They really know how to keep a great work life balance and treat their employees really well! Pros: I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it can help for growth and learn. Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO is highly knowledgeable (technically) and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team. Great Work culture, Best of talented colleagues. Just an awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with such a company. Cons: There is no room for a person who don't want to grow. Beware if you are lazy and just working for peanuts.
