★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is not well maintained at all:
1) Beds are not clean and hairs were found when we checked-in
2) Coffee and Tea bags were not kept
3) Water for bathing was not hot enough
4) Showers were not maintained properly and water was seldom coming
5) Toiletries were used or missing
6) AC was not working
7) And the most important after complaining to the front desk, no-one turned up
So please lookout for other places in Pune to stay.
Note to Owner: Please look into these else I am not sure what will happen to this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is great. Timely service, break fast is average more varieties should be kept like Ginger Wakad. Only twin bed is available. No hot water,paint has gotten off from walls and AC isnt much effective. Check out time cannot be extended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel used to my preferred hotel to stay, I stayed here multiple times during pre covid. Now I checked in this week and to be very honest the standard of the hotel has been diluted badly, not happy with any aspect be it room, friendliness of the staff, amenities, and the morning breakfast. Not value for money. Hotel needs to upgrade themselves in all aspects

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was spacious and breakfast was served on time. Check-in and check-out was hassle free. Although we found cockroaches in the room - checking of which would be needed from the hotel's end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor hotel, unprofessional staff, rude manager.
Overall worst experience, no services, no shower gel, no any type of kit like they show in pic, only 1 towel, and they don't have queen or king bed, only twin bed. Make false commitments.
And then ask you to cancel booking after knowing that cancellation window is closed.
Pathetic experience. Never visit instead of booking here book Oyo or lodge for overnight stay.
We reached at night and left early morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic hotel. I booked this hotel for 12 noon check in but was allotted room at 1pm. Was waiting for 1 hour as rooms were not cleaned. the person at the reception did not even serve water during the wait time whereas asked others for water. After waiting for an hour to check in, we got a room but the Room condition was very bad. Ceiling was cracked, no hot water, no working shower. Pathetic pathetic and very pathetic hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is very nice to stay, they have a basic breakfast spread for buffet. Staff is very nice and Co operative, but due to shortage of staff I am giving 4 stars. They took a long time to give me an early check in (only 1 hour before official check in time ). Infact half an hour past my official check time I got a room. So 4 star !!
