I have been trying to reach out Nestaway team since 15th May 2020 for some discussions about rent and have been continuously following up with them on the same email but have not received a single response yet. I called the area manager numerous times to get a resolution to my query and finally around 29th or 30th June I received an update from Nestaway that the owner has agreed to waive off ₹1500 for my June month’s rent and that too they had confirmed via call, still no confirmation on email. I paid the agreed amount as rent for June and full amount for July but they added that ₹1500 waive off amount in my July month’s rent as pending amount and are not ready to clear this from my dashboard along with various unknow maintenance charges. Not only this, they did not pay electricity bill for 3 months and when they finally paid it with late fees, the offloaded that late fees burden on us (me and my flatmates) and this has happened more than once. In the month of July, my owner called me and my flatmates to check and confirm if we have paid rent or not because Nestaway did not transfer the said amount to owner and owner was fed up with Nestaway’s pathetic coordination where they were not responding to our owner. Also, on 3rd August 2020, I again dropped an email to Ayushi Awasthi at Nestaway informing her about the various unknown charges and that ₹1500 pending amount asking her to get it cleared from my dashboard and only than I will pay the rent for the month of August because I have been asking them to clear this for so long now but they did not take any action to resolve this. And now, instead of helping me resolve this issue, wherein these charges are still reflecting on my dashboard and now Nestaway has sent me an email about “Eviction process initiated due to non-receipt of dues”. I am completely fed up with Nestaway team, they are not at all helpful, their team members misbehave over calls, they don’t listen about my issue, they never respond to my emails, they just follow up for pending rent amount which I have a documented email as proof where I have been asking them for a resolution. They are extremely unprofessional. I still have got a lot to share but I don’t have that amount of energy to put all the incidents in words.

After 5 months of move out I yet not revised my deposit back. I think now I should go to consumer court for my deposit as no team member of nestaway replied. Don’t trust the nestaway. They only demand payment from you. I moved out from nestaway property almost 80 days ago but yet not received my deposit refund. On the top no one from nestaway receiving my calls and no reply to emails, SMS, WhatsApp. Very unprofessional services. I always paid my rent on time and expected same in return but nestaway is hopeless. Service center number still in COVID shock. No one for your queries. They contact you only for payment from you nothing else they concerned. I’m trying to connect to nestaway and team every day but no one answer to my call or anything. I also contacted to owner of property and she confirm me that she refund the deposit to nestaway 2 months ago but nestaway yet not refund to me my deposit . I kept patient but now I’m very much disappointed from nestaway. Veeeeeery bad and unprofessional team

Wrost ever experience with nestaway. They are not ready to give me a rent aggregrement also tried to reach them and fed up now. They are still not done biometric as well what the hell is this. Just reaching for rent with a threat that they will charge late fee if you didn't pay. Really a bad decession it was. Now relazing after make a big amount to them.

Very bad experience while moving out, they charged 450 Rs for fan (only sound was coming from fan), 860 rs for flush repair, 1000 rs for 1 room cleaning which I was using, and 1799 for utilities which i am unaware of …. They charge repair charges to each tenant and never repair the broken thing .. so that again they could claim from new tenant who is going to exit … Never go for Nest away, use nearby Broaker that will be cheaper and better option

Writing this review as a owner. I would have rated them zero if there was a choice. Very poor service. Recently I visited my property and surprised to see and hear that nothing is working. Tenants mentioned they complained about things which are not working , but no response from Nestaway. I tried to reach out to several people to fix things whilst I am in India, but again no response. Very poor state of services. Will not recommend at all

Dear All, I want to bring to the notice that they don't refund all amount they take as advance deposit and they don't even take your call if any service needed. They took 30K from me as advance deposit and when I left the property, they deducted 1 month rent as room, cleaning, painting etc. this was acceptable as it was mentioned in agreement. Apart from that I literally asked them to refund my 20K for next 6 months and all the time their executives said that your request is taken and under process. I talk to property owner just after one month since I left property and he told that he had already sent my amount to nest away. But these looters paid me 11K instead of 20K after 6 months rigorous chasing. I retuned the room is best condition with zero damage but they did not even come for inspection. One day my door got locked as they have placed they electronic lock without your approval and when I kept calling them, they did not take call even. That day I was running to theirs offices and lost more than 500 as cab charges and without having food from morning to evening. My suggestion to all is to directly approach the property owner, check if they are nice person then better take property from them instead of these frauds. Note: they are nice only till you have not rented the property.

Cheater and Fraud Company.! I'll Recommend, STAY AWAY FROM NESTAWAY.! I want to share my horrible experience with Nestaway. I live in Pune and I was living with them in shared society flat in Wakad which was in Ganga auram society. The Photos that they shared was really Good but in actual the flat was too worst and bad. All photos they shared are edited and Fake. When I shifted with my friend we both cleaned the whole flat. The condition was too worst. I attached some pictures below. Even the customer service and support was too worst. they don't even have that much of courtesy that how to behave with the customers or with the tenants and clients. I'll Recommend NEVER EVER GO WITH THEM. Very Bad behaviour and Very Cheap language with Bad words. we both lost our deposit as well as our 2 months Rent. Unusual Charges, Lots of hidden Charges which they won't show you before.
