★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good neighborhood, feels like close to nature. The owner treat you like family, the most important part is food is wonderful.
I'm living in Pune since 4 years now and I haven't came across such a good food in any PG or Mess.
Don't go with the fake comments and photos posted.

Food is amazing and mouth watering.
Owner treats like family.
Rents are reasonable.
Everything which owner promised me I got that way.
Its a life wondering experience to me . Still this type PG exists where owner treats like a family
I Would suggest if you are searching for PG accommodation close your eyes and come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From services point of you especially food it is the best however considering neatness and space related issues.. it ain't that comfy.... the pg owner is very nice person... service management like cleaning and all gets delayed for a long time... servant comes at her own sweet time to clean the room... wifi lags at times and gets horribly slow....
5 people sharing a 1 bhk apt and a common washroom... this needs to be worked upon.. owner is nice guy and that is a big positive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the architecture of Malhar PG is such that rooms feel gloomy and dull exubering negativity due to lack of natural light, expensive and plus no option of dual sharing....positive is food is better than rest of the PG in the area
