★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing and worst experience I ever had, Not recommended. very poor customer service, you can also check other reviews you will find the same, yes it's true in terms of returns owner not facing customer, she rather ran away and dealing on phone. Postings this review after 6 days. We bought one saari from here and Owner taken money twice one by swipe card which says it's failed another by Google pay.On next day we have send our bank statement also spoken to the bank they said transaction completed and money deducted from your account speak to the merchant. We have given all the proofs from our side but this Owner Niranjana don't know what's doing from past 6 days, she's giving only hope on over the phone wait for the 1day then wait till Tuesday now she's telling wait for a week. My only concern is if you are checking with merchant why don't you send proof to the customer, yesterday she did conference with some random guy and I am 100 percent sure he's not from Paytym as all he was telling incorrect details he didn't even know the what was the amount, when I ask them to send email from their official email id they refused it. I have no choice left to logged FIR and I did Yesterday night. This people only matters money that's it they didn't care about customer concern, i believe they lacking experience. BEWARE OF FRAUD FROM THIS SHOP
