Waiting time for blood is approx 30 to 40 minutes, with blood donation you can get 1unit blood for ₹1000 and if you are unable to donate then you will have to pay ₹2000 , and extra ₹30 is added for the bag in which blood is kept for safety while transportation handling. All the staff are cooperative and friendly. Please remember to carry the patient blood sample for verifying the blood group otherwise you will not be able to get blood. And please have a recommendation letter from your doctor mentioning that the patient need blood transfusion.

Whole blood or blood with RBC, is transfused to patients with anaemia/iron deficiency. It also helps to improve the oxygen saturation in blood. It can be stored at 1.0 °C-6.0 °C for 35–45 days. Platelet transfusion, is transfused to those who suffer from low platelet count. This can be stored at room temperature for 5–7 days. The donation of Plasma is called (plasmapheresis).Plasma transfusion is indicated to patients with liver failure, severe infections or serious burns. Fresh frozen plasma can be stored at a very low temperature of -25 °C for up to 12 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was able to find AB negative RBC and Plasma here. The staff is very calm and they were very quick in responding to my plea. They will take the blood sample provided by customer (given by Hospital to the patient's family member) and check its compatibility with the blood they'll be giving.
