★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever donate blood here. I donated blood when it came to our college but they are so selfish in their deeds that they took 600 ml of blood which led to weakness in me, whereas the maximum blood a person should donate is not more than 350 ml. They do not care about the donor, all they care about is making money.
SELFISHNESS AT IT'S BEST.
They say that come donate blood so it can be used by someone in need but all they do is take blood for free and sell it at high prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely avoid this place. Pathetic service. The nurse staff is inexperienced and rude. They injured the arm with a wrong pick which led to nerve pain in the arm for 3 weeks. Behaviour of Staff is as if they're doing you a favour. Inefficient. Incapable. Greedy.

My grandfather was really critical and we were struggling to get an oxygen cylinder for him all over Delhi but couldn’t get anything on time. I am based out of USA so I wasn't even in Delhi when all of this was happening. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception staff is totally useless no body work all staff not picked the call I suggest pls terminate immediately otherwise the patients can loss the life due to the staff behaviour.
In jaise staff se achcha to staff na ho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks clean and hygienic. Problem is that they take lots of time and made me wait for more than 1 hour. Also staff was laid back and there was no sense of urgency no matter how panicked you sound.
Like all other places here also give money first and you will get information later.
Counters are clearly marked and you don't have to struggle a lot. I think that's why blood is expensive in this blood bank.

Pehle jo mera blood liye the...woh kaun se janam ka udhaar tha ...pathetic I must say. Now, I won't give blood to any single blood bank instead I directly go to hospital n donate, if requires.
While taking blood from donor, nothing process n rule n now this when I required for my family.
