★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this parlor from the last one and half year i was always happy with the service. But my last visit was the worst visit i ever had in any parlor. I went to get my haircut in the last time but that barber guy ruined all my hair before getting a haircut, i asked him if he can do that only then cut my hair, do not spoil it. I even told him that you are doing wrong and guide him about hair cut but he did not listen to me and i told him to call your owner he behave rude with me and said i'm the owner. When i got up from there and went to the owner he said nothing to that person and ever after telling that all my hair was ruined, he took all the money from me. I was very very disappointed from there service. And i suggest all if you want to spoil your money and body then this is the best parlor.

Specially Sonam the arrogant and unprofessional , shows lame attitude and other staff person also have no knowledge of using manicure and pedicure tools. Also they kept waiting the customers for so long. Additional they do not sterlize their tools after every usage. They left their customers with cuts. Towels are dirty even the whole salon is unhygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They finished facial in 30 min, very basic manicure and pedicure, normal hair spa if you are opting for package. My upper lip skin got burnt during face rica waxing. Never ever buy any package because they just finish everything in hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worst experience here .All the staff was worse than ever i see in any other beauty parlours. I got an appointment for 5 PM and they kept me waiting till 6.30 and still there were no progress and i have to left without getting anything done and my whole weekend got spoiled .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst salon I have every visited. They provide the lowest services you could every think of. I asked the hair cut guy that I need a simple straight cut, he refused to give me that cut saying I will do the cut as per your face and ruined my hair. At the same time when you buy a package, they will just finish all the services within 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for hair spa.poor client dealing and lack of professionalism. just apply masque and 5-7 massage in hair spa with steam and within 20 mins there spa finished....really disappointed with services. 1star is only given for the girl who did hair wash in the end to do that delicately.
