There are two marriage halls in same campus 1st name is blue heaven & next name is blue crystal.
"Closed Sonali Mahindra showroom has been renovated and put to good use"
Overall the location is very good, it is adjacent to the by pass road and there is also good arrangement for accommodation?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happened on 17th Feb 2022. My cousin's marriage was happening at Blue Crystal. We went there to check the arrangement but they had not decorated anything apart from hall. The snacks serving area was way too dirty. When we spoke about the decoration, they denied in a very rude way. We just did not want to start a fight so we walked way.
Later at night, they created another scene with bill. They had added 15k for DJ which was not mentioned by them when we asked for Music. We went to clarify along with my sister and he stared to raise his voice on us. He was showing his finger to us and told that his Father in law was ex IPS officer and we cannot do anything against him.
We had already paid 65% of the amount but the owner started to demand the money at mid night in the middle of the marriage. We told him to wait till marriage finishes but he did not care.
When we were discussing the bill matter, he started to threaten us. He was very rude to us.
Later we sent our uncle to handle the situation but he behaved very rude to my uncle. By now, his wife has also joined. She was more worst than the owner. She was raising her hand on my uncle. I tried putting her on FB live but she snatched my phone.
Another staff who was way too older came and joined them. He started to abuse us.
When we enquired with the waiters and other staff members, they all told that this guys always does the same. They all had planned to quit the job a day before because of their behaviour.
This is not the first time they have created the scene but they have don't his before in many marriages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the decorations and set were well perfect but the only annoying thing is mosquitoes here,this place has literally n number of mosquitoes. Not only in outside area, even inside the hall, near dining area, and rooms also ..!!.
