★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is full of crowd. Traffic jam most of time due to National highway. This highways will lead one to Mithapur Bus stand(now shifted to Bariya), Patna Junction etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Hero Xtreme 160r from them.. Though the bike is nice but Staffs are fully irresponsible and immature. They don't have slight experience of Public relations and customer handling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will try to keep it short. The staffs have this nature to reject service to you if they are done with other services, even if you are way before the end of office hours. Being a loyal customer, I went to the place twice at 4 pm just to get my Acceleration wire replaced but was let down all the time. They will not take any consideration even if they are just sitting around and are done with other servicing work. I had to resort to get my issue fixed at some other place. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales: Good service. Takes care of customers satisfaction and try to answers all of their queries.
But mechanics here needs to be better in their work and should try to match the service like other staffs.
Front Desk service also not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asha Hero Motor Cope Bye Pass Road, Near Beur More, Opposite Of Blue Heaven Marriage Hall, Bye Pass Road is one of the biggest Hero Bike Showroom. There is also a system of bike service. Here you will find all the parts required in service. But you cannot take out by buying service parts. There is a service arrangement in the basement. And to buy new bikes upstairs.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a Royal enfield rider for almost a decade with 3 bikes in the garage, i was impressed with the user review about Hero xpluse 4v... And hence went to enquire about the bike in this showroom... I already had a very bad experience in some other hero showroom which i visited earlier on this particular day... But the situation in this showroom wasn't encouraging either.. When i asked about hero xpluse, the receptionist didn't have any clue what i was talking about... May be she wasn't competent enough for the rank she was sitting for... And i was being told.. Please book the bike...
Was i told anything about the bike, the specs, the waiting time, nothing....??
This is definitely going to hurt hero motocorps the sales figure.... So much disappointed with the approach these staffs showed.... Now i m planning to visit honda showroom which i think is much more competent in their approach.. Never mind their honda cb200x is less capable in terms of offroading capabilities but at least they have a goodcustomer feedback which is more important....

Request from hero motocorps india.. Please do a proper survey of the staffs and people sitting in the showroom if they are competent enough to deal with the customers or are they only focused to sell hero splendor with 60 plus mileague....
Very much disappointed... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there was option for negative ratings. The service centre is sooo poor. I went there to repair my scooty fuel tank which they declined saying staffs are not present bring it after 3 days. Again after 3 days I went and they declined service even after providing assurance. I told them I have very less fuel left in the tank how would I bring it back on another day without fuel but they were all what you call thethrology. So irresponsible people

They deliever bike as soon as possible.
It contains service centre also and service persons are very good.
Parts are available at a good price.
