★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This TVS showroom is located in by paas NH 31. Known as Urja TVS showroom. You can visit here for indian made tvs bikes. Although my experience with the staff members are not very good.. they lack proper information about the bikes. Even they were not willing to make me available my favorite colour bike.. visit here once.. all the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy any bike from here. Even I say don't visit the showroom. I had purchased TV's apache from here. They have issued me registration no. of other vehicle i.e TV's lorry (pook). I hadnt took the smart card honour book. It's over 3-4 years. They haven't provided the honour book. Guyz pls even don't visit the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a scooty however these people are highly unprofessional. They will treat you like you have come to a govt. Office and it's your need to buy something from them. We selected this place only because of it was near to us otherwise I would never recomend this place to one of my closed one. The manager is a little polite out of the bunch of highly rude and unprofessional people. They do not have catalogue and service mannual to offer. Anything you ask for that's not available with them wheather it's Jupiter classic catalogue or service book mannual. One can buy only if you already have studied the product online or have a brief from your one of your family or friends. The best part is that they pretend to be so occupied that they will not even share on paid amount what is the amount you are paying for road tax or accessories. They just gave us the bill of 74 K+ of the scooty not of the accessories, whereas we paid 96.5 K altogether. (Insurance was there for 5K+, Road tax & Vehicle registration charges can be told by them only once they will get the challan - they are so professional that they are not aware about the charges they are collecting on behalf of the government agencies.)
Once we asked them multiple times they had to say they will give it to us on the day they will give us the number plate.
Just imagine about an organisation who has no time to attend the customer pre sale, post sale.
I would give a BIG NO.... to URJA TVS however
A BIG YES TVS Jupiter we have 2 Jupiter in our family and we are happy.
If TVS is reading this feedback they should check the services getting offered to its customers by its vendor/distributor/dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urja tvs is best but their service centre is very cheap.Here all mechanic, staff and advisor is very bad by nature they behave like a fraud . when my bike is normal accedent on road side then i was go there to repair the bike but but here advisor advise me to leave the bike some day approxly 25 days . when I was go there after 25 days I saw the my new rtr 200 bs vi bike parts are change and old parts are install. I was shocked to see the image of my bike?? please help me to complete repair my bike RTR 200 bs vi new version 2021.
Please help me to complete parts problem
