β β β β β I have purchased the bike one year ago their staff are very polite and good. I am using their service since a year never found and problem in their service. In comparison to hero and honda obviously Honda Service is too good. I am expecting to purchase second bike from honda. Really like their service before purchasing and after purchase.

β β β β β It was a pathetic experience over there while purchasing a vehicle. As far service is concerned no proper management, no body is there to assist you. No time line, They clearly say u need spent whole day to get serviced even in 1st free service.
First when I go there nobody was there to attend so return but at gate 5 to 6 person started misbehaving. After all this I visited Prema Honda to get serviced done I got my vehicle in 1 hr. I wish Alankar personal should improve there behaviour.

β β β β β Dear Alankar Went to your Showroom to buy Honda Activa. Have read on google about your reviews and have been using Alankar Motors for Maruti service. Have found that Alankar is a bit different and better from others.
But today when the sales manager was giving me the details i just had one doubt about Accessory Charges which i showed him on Honda website.
To my surprise your sales manager told we DONT SELL HONDA ACCESSORY since they are overpriced and of inferior quality. This was really shocking experience Honda scooter is good but Alankar Honda doesnt sell Honda Genuine Accessory as shown on the website. Just for few Rupees you are getting so low ,SHAME ALANKAR HONDA this is not the right spirit i had very good respect for BRAND ALANKAR but really disappointed with today experience. Regards.

β β β β β At a time of buying, everything goes perfectly. There is no worry in that. Now coming to servicing part. All i can say is if you have whole day then you should go for servicing else make your day free to this servicing day. You need to wait for hours and hours for the commencement of servicing. Workers doing their work ok ok. But their time management is not upto the mark. Please work in this. And when servicing gets done, it's my reques to Honda Authorities to make polish the vehicle mandatory before leaving the service centre as we pay the labour charge then why there is no polishing at a time of leaving? Polish the all the outer body including dashboard and outer surface. It should be done but there is nothing happened. All you need to pay extra for polishing. I will come with new pictures soon.
