★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bluedart courier service in gaya is worst. Please do not opt bluedart.
They will keep your shipment with them and do not update anything.
If you call customer service they send one or two email. After four to five days they will register a complaint.
This thing happens if you follow up with them.
If you don't follow up then they send your parcel back to the source.
No accountability.
Irresponsible people.

I wont recommend bluedart if u dont want any delay..
In my case,
-- they didnt update my tracking number in the system
-- they lost my package
-- after 6 days, they found it and added to the system. I had to keep calling 2-3 times everyday for 4 days..
-- then progress started from patna
-- then further delays at delhi hub
No clue how long it will still take to reach to bangalore .. Totally rubbish service
