Had to change the broken parts.
They don't pack your stuff properly and don't care about it.

They called to pickup or deliver somewhere near to his branch.
Given excuses Pin code (823001) area is not in under DTDC territory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour of DTDC courier staff sitting in office.They don't call to customers for delivery, but pretend that phone was unreachable.They only harass the customers.After visiting their office,the staff behaves rudely.DTDC should take care of it, otherwise credit of courier company will fall down due to such kind of office bearers.
