★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a overall good experience here, clear information shared about the pricing etc.
Only thing was I was there sharp at 10:00am, but no one to attend until 10:20am. So many DHL Management team passed by but none bothered to check on why customers are waiting, this is something I think can be improved upon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received my shipment arriving sms 10days ago...still my shipment is not delivered to me... Delivery boy had given one missed call to me late night so i called him back then he told that it will arrive next day.... Since then delivery boy also not receiving my call...I tried many times to connect him still no response....Is this third class service are you providing to the customers....I want my shipment immediately anyhow!!!!.....If you don't want to work then close your shutters... Because of your indolance our work getting affected...39529923856 this my shipment id, deliver it to me ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst and pathetic service by this pathetic blackdart!!!! It gives me very pain that my shipment is at my nearest hub from 3 days but they are not able to deliver it. I would say they dont want to deliver it.
I have ordered my boat stone 350 bluetooth speaker on 10th apr 22. It was picked up from banglore on 11th apr 22. It is arrived to my nearest hub on 14th april 22. On same day i received out for delivery message but it is not delivered and status updated as phohibited area entry restricted. I tried to reach this pathetic bluedart many times but their numbers are not working!!
Funny thing is that on 16 apr 22 at 10:30 pm in night i received an update that my shipment is out for delivery and getting delivered today. It was shocking!! Then immediately after 10-15 mins status is updated as phohibited area entry restricted. Nobody tried to call me for delivery.
Very very worst service by bluedart. Even i dont want to give 1 star but have no option. I will never recomen bluedart to anyone in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service!!! This is the 4th time I am facing same issue. They do not even try to call you when out for delivery and update status as “consignee out of station” or “not reachable”. Even if we are available they don’t even take efforts to call and check. I was supposed to receive a courier yesterday and I was available but all of a sudden I received a msg from blue dart that “consignee out of station”. Didn’t receive any call from the delivery guy. Atleast have the courtesy to check if the person is available or not before updating any status regarding courier delivery. So many people have given bad feedbacks but still there’s no change in the service. They keep repeating the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am waiting for my parcel, expected delivery date was given by Bluedart is 21st April, it's still not delivered. Everytime I check for status it's either out for delivery or consignee refused to accept the package or need department name or extension.
I tried calling on all their numbers, not if them is reachable for various reasons.
I dropped them mail and there is no reply from them. I left my contact number and no one called me..
Pathetic service.?
