I have waited for more than 3hours in the blue dart office but they were doing there personal work but did not pay attention to a customer who was waiting for 3hrs. The worst employee is the lady who was unable to give any services required. Will never trust this brand again??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier service office in Balasore.They don't deliver product at door,and passing delivered approve that they already do the delivery.Scamming with customers.Their Delivery guys are scammers and rude to customer.I visit 6times to their office for only one product and still didn't get it.Thats blue dart for you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blue dart balasore branch is not at all professional, doesn't deliver the courier in time even if it has arrived. They don't consider delivering courier, your courier will come to balasore branch and rot there if you don't track it regularly. This is my second such experience where I had to go and pick up my courier. Truly disappointing!
