★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever.. they held my consignment for more than 10 days without informing me for no reason while I was contacting my sender for delay! Later I got to know it was the Bluedart mistake and they don't bother about the customer ! Even after writing email and contact them so many times it's no use.

Such behavior from blue dart, not acceptable!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even single phone number will be connected. I called recently to customer care it took me to the third party call they said itt is hold as you have not raised the request. Then they sent me a link and they asked may to make RS. 5 payment. I ignored to do it but it was an emergency parcel and I felt as it is directed from the official customer care number it might genuine anta. I tried to do so and it deducted Rs 404. What Bluedart is doing if these things are happening. Is it their own way of doing so or if someone else is doing why don't they stop this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's actually the blue dart warehouse where they also have somebody to book parcels in case someone comes. Do not expect a waiting area, chairs etc. They do not even have a card machine or accept UPI payments. Bring cash to pay for your couriers. The employees are nice and friendly but you might have to wait for a bit in case they are in a rush to receiving or dispatching a truck because that seems to be their primary responsibility.
