★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small shop but gets the job done. It's on 1st floor and is near staircase only so it's not hard to find this shop here.
My package was accepted by them for courier which was not accepted by the other courier brands because of rural delivery address.
Anyways Bluedart is a big brand name and has his franchise holders all across the globe i guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD SERVICE, from last 5 days my package daily going out for delivery daily and in the evening their delivery person put the status "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed" without even contacting me or coming to my address. really horrible experience, really unprofessional service. their customer service also won't help you. they have become old man's organization; I will strongly recommend go to some more energetic organizations like dilivehry .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a cooler from croma and bluedart happened to be their delivery partner .the expected date was 22 but didn't get any information till 24 afternoon that anything to be deliverd from their side after raising a complaint got to know that product to be delivered on 24 evening. Waited for 7 pm and then contacted bluedart noida phase 2 office seriously after talking to them for more than a hour .They simply couldn't confirm that who is going to deliver the product at my registered address.Though I do live in a proper colony from last 7 year which is hardly one km away from metro station , surprised that they automatically canceled sighting some vague reason of restricted area.After this shock two more days passed still no call from bluedart side I raised complaints also but no solution. This is what the situation of bluedart it was my bad luck to be a victim of their lethargic service. I called them they simply couldn't confirm that how long it will take to deliver.Now I have left it on God no hope for my product receiving .I an fearful that money may also wasted .let see when bluedart understands the problem ours
