Seriously v. bad experience with this courier agent. Agent don't have skills to deal with customer as well as behaviour is v bad. I had handed over my courier 2 days back but still courier is lying with this courier agent even after my regular follow-up.

I had a terrible experience with this courier agent. The owner of courier services don't have manners how to deal with customers. I went there to send a single page courier weighting less then 10gm. When I asked about charges he told me 150. When asked about why such an higher charges in comparison to other he started shouting. It was totally unexpected behavior. I didn't send my courier through him.
Also in past I sent some marriage cards through him, which also didn't reached the destination.
I request all the people who want to send courier please don't send ur courier through this agent. He don't have manners nor his service is good.
I just don't want anyone in future to face such humiliation and disrespect.
