their delivery boy always ask for collects the item from them otherwise he mentioned as not found/house cloesd/not proper address..
they deserve not a single star but a ZERO.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The status of the delivery is changed to "Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal " which means they halted the delivery. I have not raised any such request. When I asked them why did it show such status, they just ignored saying that they would get back to me. It's been 22 days, my parcel is still not delivered and they kept holding for no reason. I am doing regular follow ups and they are now not answering to my call/email. Filed consumer complaint: 479805.
