★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I talked with your delivery boy he is saying I don't know how to do exchange offer delivery. He replied to me I will come tomorrow with any experience person then I will complete this delivery tomorrow. I called in customer care and requested for call transfer to senior person after this conversation my call was disconnected from your executive side. I am very disappointed from flipkart and ekart this is 2nd time delivery issue I need my delivery today.

Attempt late delivery most of the time with same excuse given that the order dispatch at wrong location, reattempt delivery in next three days.Such a poor qality of service.They are putting bad impact on flipkart logistice service. Flipkart should have taken some serious action on ekart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service. I dot know why such good brands like faces Canada and Flipkart are using them as an delivery option. First their delivery guys don't contact us. Then they ask us to pay money for getting the same delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service, I never had experience this much bad. The delivery guys are act like blind. And they didn't even call and ask for proper adress. In this case i have lost more than 4 parcels. And the another biggest problem they didn't provide any contact information, In case their's misunderstanding you can call and ask. The delivery boy can call, but from our side we can't contact them back. Now I'm trying to find the solution but no bodies care and they don't value the time of the people's, you should have to change your company policies, otherwise the staff....
