And if you want to send courier please go for another courier, because I send a book to a friend Noida sector 44 to ghaziabad product
weight was 328 grams and dimensions was 20 cm. * 12 cm * 2 cm they charge me 150 INR. Next time i send same book from FedEx they charge me only 40 inr

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is ok ,but its very difficult to find no and call customer care ,i tried and waited for 20 min but no one took my call.and i had called in dtdc branch also ,no one bothered to help .though i got the courier in late evenings but customer support should be actively helping there customers
