โ โ โ โ โ Very unprofessional and no empathy towards the customer.
Called them up for delivering a very urgent parcel. They themselves gave me the option to get it home picked up and promised it'll be get it delivered in 48 hours. Waited till end of day and nobody came to pick up the parcel. They also stopped ressponding to the calls I made to check when will the parcel be picked up. I foolishly trusted them and waited for these people the entire day.
