★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever send courier from this agency. Bunch of liars and charge much more than authentic BlueDart outlet would do. They do not even take responsibility for the delay in consignment you send just keep giving excuses. Choose the authentic Courier outlets or India Post.
From me they charged 1150 but as per BlueDart it is 500.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst experience ever. This courier service doesn't deserve even 1 star. I have booked a consignment on 6th Jan 2018. And now I don't have any clue where the consignment is. Whenever I try to contact someone from the agency, they ask me to wait for the next evening to get the correct tracking number. Now its 30th Jan 2018 & I am still waiting. Although I am now very sure that I should forget about the consignment. People always prefer courier over post coz they have trust that it is in the safe hands and it will reach the destination on correct time. But now I have lost all my trust over courier services. These people will never understand the urgency of the situation.
