I bought Lg washing Machine from there which was horrible....didn't worked more than a year ...and same happened with Hitachi AC...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had an option of giving negative star it would have been better , they are good in sales but after sale service is pathetic, they won't pick call and even if they pick call then always there ans is we have shortage of vendors .. I purchased 3 ac with extended warranty but now when in this peak summer ac is not working they are not listening .

Every time we will have to pay outside and get the things done , they are least bothered
What is the use of taking Extended Warrant from Sargam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience with Sargam electronics they forcefully sell you extend warranty but when times to use that extanded warranty you will feel helpless because you won't be able to complaint anywhere. no ivr or no call will pick up by them. They just left you with your problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommended not to buy any product from sargam Electronics. Very Poor Expereince with Sargam Electronics. I purchased 1.5 ton AC Hitachi from them, I purchased extended warranty also for it, but there complaint no. is always coming out of network or not working condition. And if luckily it will reached then they said we don't know about extended warranty. contact to showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sargam Electronics targeted there customer to purchase always extended warranty, however on almost all product came with one year warranty, but if you opt by Sargam electronics 1+2, means you made a big mistake. They not even attend you after one year product warranty, you might frustrated with there Customer Care, they not even pickup your call, after long waiting even. I have more then pathetic experience with Sargam Elec with my AC. I have purchase Hitachi AC with 3 years extended warranty, but first year I got service from Hitchi, but after one year they not even pickup the call by the customer care, and if they pickup and lodged the complained, they might give you the Wrong or invalid Complained number. So Beware about this Fraud.

I know there are already countless people have written some extremely bad comments about their extended warranty after buying products from them, let me tell you that i am also from customer services background but Brand Sargam is the epitome of the extreme you can think about the pathetic after service culture in retail sector in today's growing world where we are looking to create great experiences for customers they are going in the opposite direction. Please do not buy anything from them or else you will feel dejected like how we all customers are feeling now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible people. Never buy an extended warranty from them. I bought a Daikin 1.7 tonne ac from them in 2019. I also purchased an extended warranty of two years. But, when I tried to use this warranty, I was made to run from pillar to post. They took seven days just to acknowledge my complaint. After countless calls and emails for a month I was forced to get the work done out if my own pocket. No one even bothered to visit. They are not unprofessional but outright frauds and cheats.
