Our Founder
Our founder, Mr. Manohar Lal Sarraf, was a first-generation entrepreneur. He entered the jewelry industry 90 years ago when he was 20 years old. With his pure determination and hard work, he was able to set high standards of product quality and transparency in the industry.
His son, Mr. Prakash Chand, is a silent part of the legacy. Currently, his Grandsons Vivek Shekhar, Sudhir Singhal, Himanshu Shekhar, Prabhat Shekhar, are at the helm of the affairs who are constantly putting efforts to make beautiful jewellery accessible, affordable and wearable for all occasions.

From my point of view malabar is better as they offer cheaper gold around 2000 rs per tola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad shopping experience. The staff is very Inexperienced , they don't even know how to do basic calculation. I bought a jwellery whose bill was 93k and when I came home and checked the bill there was calculation mistake. The name of sales person was Ravi. They charged me 3k extra. And when I tried to asked the money back their answers were unprofessional and continued to do baseless arguments. Very bad experience. They hide the terms and conditions. Big time fraud !

Specially the behaviour of the store manager is very unprofessional and rude, he doesn't know how to deal with the customers. He said, this is normal and this is the way things are managed here. I would suggest to avoid Manohar Lal sector 18.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and arrogant staff. I was dealing with a staff named Nitin there. I have never met anyone so rude in this line of work. I asked for a particular quality of jewels which was even written in the receipt and I had agreed for the rate of that quality. What they prepared was of lower quality and yet they were quite unapologetic about it. In their mind, it was enough to say that they were charging as per lower quality. Hence, if you care about the quality, avoid Manohar Lal Jewellers, sector 18 Noida branch by all means.
