★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a working day after noon. There was just one couple being attended by a male employee. I waited 3-4 minutes and asked if there was someone else who could attend to me. I was informed that someone will attend shortly. I waited another 10-15 mins...and left. The employee was so busy catering to the couple who was buying a 30k gold earring that he felt it unimportant to cater to me (a regular)....he went on casually talking to them..trying to sell the harvest plan...indifferent to my departure. I guess the fact that there was noone else (employee or manager) watching him, made him very very complacent. 1st poor experience at the store.
