★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with a 9 kg package and was asked to wait and keep it on their desk. There was a customer right in front of me and the processing time was too much. Waited a good 30-45 minutes and then was called. When the destination pin code was checked they said it’s not deliverable and the funny thing is I am getting parcels from the same destination pin code that too via blue dart. It was such a frustrating experience. They need to have a pin code based validation system right at the entrance. At least i would have been saved of my precious time. Am never stepping into blue dart again. Will always look for better alternatives
