★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service. My packet reached them on 23rd Sept 2016 morning 8:50. While writing this feedback it is 12.10 pm of 26th Sept 2016, still I haven't received it. It is hardly 30 minutes walk from their office. It's all fishy. No response on the contact number provided on website. It is not worth even 1 star, since nothing less than it is available I am forced to give 1 star.

Chieters ,liers and don't even know how to talk properly..
I always have to go their office and collect my product always.... otherwise they just level it attempted three times and then cancel the delivery!!!
Very bad
*Kindly someone from higher rank do needful !!!
Otherwise we have options !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service I have ever experienced. Pathetic service.
I was informed that the product will be delivered today till ie on 12/23/16 before 3. Later on I called them and they informed me to wait till 6 pm. I waited till 6 pm but the product not arrived. And now they are asking me to wait till 8. What do these people think we are just sitting idol and waiting for there product. They never value customer's time . Never commit to there own words. 3rd time bad experience. Worst is not the word

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a bit (ooops quite a ton) disappointing service. The delivery personnel doesn't turn up and later on the tracking service gives a notification that no one was present at the time of delivery. Very unprofessional staff. Don't answer calls and the word TIME doesn't exist in there dictionary. No proper contact number stated for customer enquiry. I sincerely request people especially corporate companies to NOT give delivery via such under rated courier service. They don't respond. I had an experience for the delivery of my welcome kit via YES BANK and it is still undelivered. It is a complete disgusted situation that the customers face. I feel as a corporate the poor delivery of BLUE DART somewhere will reflect your brand image as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since yesterday, I have been waiting for my card to be delivered. Yesterday delivery boy called me that I was not given address, as such he is not going back. I was and am at my home waiting my card to be delivered. Their track status shows delivery pending. I called delivery boy but he didn't respond. Being a senior citizen and paralytic patient, I am fed. Up of unprofessional behaviour. One of the worst courier service.

in covid environment they expect people to be present in office inspite of requesting to give to colleague. he was even ready to give otp so liability would not be on courier. finally parcel was returned & sent by india post. delivered perfectly. ?
blue dart pl replace ur human drones with real drones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous service my package was suppose to get delievered on 26th republic day i never got a call nor any update and they jst updated in the system saying couldn't connect to customer and it's unavailable...waited for 3 days after that still no delivery, so had to speak to customer support take the address and go myself to collect my package .
