Very good atmosphere. Walking places and green belt is very near to the place. Near by Temples are also giving positive energy. Very good and helpful neighbors is another advantage. Thanks God for giving this opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome, excellent, fantastic - no words to explain. Very spacious and very good atmosphere at the flats. Playground available for kids, nice inner roads to walk for elders. Club available with all facilities inside for relaxation. This is a great gated community i saw with lots of space inside the flats. Nice place to live.

Healthy atmosphere, good for kids and retired people.
24 hrs gvmc water supply and bore water supply separately.
Security is good and generator backup.More open space with badminton, volleyball, basketball, table tennis facilities. Beutiful ganesh temple and spacious living room flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blue Heaven gated apartments is in Visakhapatnam the fast growing city in AP.Originally offices working in steel plant purchased the land and gave it to development to a builder.It is true community in words and spirit,self content and away from the city noice.It is just few meters from NH5 situated almost in the calm surroundings of City.Majority of occupants are steel plant officials.There is a temple ,two community halls for the families in the apartments.Furthur there are six furnished guest rooms at the disposal of the tenants.This is as far as location and ambiance of the community.
When coming to there are different apartments in various plinth areas.Any how rooms are small and maintenance is good.
Another important factor is there is one Inox theater is in construction opposit to the blue Heaven.It means it's value may increase in many folds and also the noice.One can always own a apartment in Blue Heaven.It is really a HEAVEN.
