★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BlueValley properties are highly UNPROFESSIONAL . They launch projects, sell properties promising a lot, and then divert the money they have collected to other projects, and make the existing investors suffer for years. I invested in BlueValley Celestial project in 2006 and the property looks completely abandoned, no development, no maintenance, and is now having a Court Case, making it impossible for investors to do anything with their investment. Existing BlueValley investors and to be investors, beware and do not get cheated by this Developer.
Many of the 3-4-5 star reviews are fake. Just go and see the BlueValley Celestial project which has been suffering for the last 15 years and you will know that most positive reviews of this developer are FAKE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One point of advise - never invest in their property, if you like it, booking today with a conf. registration in writing within 15 days. They are not committed on their deals .. even on agreements. Project delay is very common.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is number one cheat. They ruined my life just by purchasing a flat from these people. The owner Raju is such a cheat who sold a flat to me which was already mortagaged and from past 5 years am struggling to get back my flat. It's sealed because of land owners debt. I gave full payment to bluevalley and running up and down to court and police station. Mr. Raju is not bothered at all. Because of this tension I lost my mummy.
