★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be safe with this blue dart end station delivery point. This is an honest experience. I was expecting my order on Saturday as it was showing out for delivery since morning 11 o clock. I got a quick missed call from the delivery person around 9 pm. I tried to reach him back but he didn’t pick up. I tried to text message him and he refused to work for blue dart. Monday when I called the service team they helped me out and my deliver arrived with in 2 hours.
Please note that they are not available at this location any more and they have shifted to K B Sarani, Dum Dum Mall Road. Near to Dum Dum Ordinance factory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I yet not get my shipment which was supposed to be delivered by 08/10/2021. Every time they send sms that out for delivery & by evening they update the status Restricted area. Already this happen to me twice. They not bother for your urgency they are just ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st they ask for my address and than after several hours doesn't lift my call and I get a text stating he does not have the product with him and will deliver it next day. Next day I keep calling and texting but I get no response and in the evening I can see status updated online as Prohibited area-entry restricted without even calling us. I thought blue dart was one of the best delivery team but my 1st experience in kolkata with them is highly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NORTH KOLKATA BLUE DART PUD is one of worst you will ever face. I ordered a TV from MI site which was suppose to reach me on 11th Oct via Blue Dart. It is 21st Oct where they mentioned that my TV is out for delivery but I haven't received my product yet. Moreover , the blue dart updated in their system against my waybill saying that "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" whereas I am living in the same address and receiving products from FLIPKART,AMAZON,SWIGGY ,ZOMATE,NYKAA( who sends their products via BLUE DART as well). PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY and SHUTDOWN YOUR SHOP.Waybill no 50891682800

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take their services at your own risk. The delivery person tries to trick you. Status shows delivery attempted but actually no such thing is done. Call center are clue less and there is no way to contact the delivery hub nearest to you.
