★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I saw the location of the project. Since it is just in-front of the Kolkata Airport Runway.... so there will be HUGE SOUND for Aircraft Landing & Take-off..... During night it'll be unbearable.... specially for old age people and sick people, this location is not advisable. Who ever will be purchasing apartment here, He/She will get a recurring bonus (super sonic sound pollution) until their death.

Price of the units are on a bit higher side, if I consider the fact that amenities promised are not going to be ready anytime soon.
Appartment plans are quite fair with a decent utilization of all available spaces.
