★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hard disk was formatted without attempting for data recovery...it is common knowledge that data recovery needs to be attempted first unless told otherwise.When we enquired about the data,it was informed that no specific information for data recovery was given.I spoke to western digital(wd) where the hard disk was sent for replacment...they informed they had specifically asked if the data needs to be recovered to which BM replied in negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my laptop for windows upgradation. Laptop's keyboard was not working properly when i got my laptop back, on complaining they suggested to replace the keyboard with a new one. They didn't take any responsibility or any satisfying answer regarding how the keyboard is in bad shape after the laptop came back from the centre . Now 2-3 months later the window they installed is acting in a weird manner. Totally dissatisfied with the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are scammers. Gave my laptop for repairing because of the battery issue. They instead replaced my original lenovo display of the laptop with some duplicate screen. Please do not give your laptop for repairing here, try some other place.
