Horrible management...getting a marriage certificate seems like an impossible task here as before your number comes, the office gets closed and only your valuable time is wasted.
Esp in these covid times there were so many people waiting in the queue for their turn.
No precautions, no social distancing.
If employees can't come on time, want to close and go home early, I would highly suggest that all procedures should be done online.
We have better things to waste our time on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and well qualified staff in this government official here you can pay water bill, lights bill and others government services.
You can also done your property works about in your area to complete here.
But there is no any parking spot for public vehicles due to is has lack of space for parking area still also situated on s.v road so you can easily reached their by bus and autorickshaw

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them for a emergency service. People were polite to communicate and they provided good information on the issues I was seeking help for. They still have a long way to go to setup a proper structure to help people in Mumbai....right now its barely working, much better than 20 yrs ago though. BMC needs to seek help from a International consulting service company to define a end-to-end health service entity especially during this pandemic time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst response of Staffs with Water Supply Department for any complaints regarding water shortage. Customer support number never connects to the respective officer as no person available to respond the call. Try to push for personal visit and complain as they are the landlord of BMC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very slow service, no manners how to talk, specially health dept (marriage registration sec.) and it has been 30 days mcgm portal also not working. showing server issues everytime, when we visit office to ask they reply check online only. Nagar Sevek or sevika should be look into it.
