★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff is not good they keep on telling. Come this day and that day and when you go on that day they will say take this form fill it and come again after one week. I'm very disappointed. I'm following up with them since November 15, 2021 and till now they have not corrected the address on birth certificate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a huge building with quite a lot of people entering it for various purposes. At the entrance there are rubbles on the premises and it can pose a danger to the elder citizens if they are not careful

Now birth record available completely online... You just need to visit form for birth registration or you may take print out of form available on mcgm website fill it and submit it with self attested aadhar Xerox.. Applicant must be either father or mother of child.. Visit again after 1 week and fill same form submit and get birth certificate in hand per copy 6 rs.. QR code is present on birth certificate you can scan it and keep digital as well?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get an anti-rabies shot. The staff was kind to give me the injection although they had started lunch as it took me a while to find the place. They had the anti-rabies vaccine, But they didn't have a syringe for administering the shot, which is unbelievable. So they sent me out to go and buy the syringe. There was no clear signage to indicate where the entrance to the hospital is, either. And it has a narrow staircase, which is not accessible to people in wheelchairs.
