★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing bank, at first they upgrade the account to premium without asking customer aged 62 who is retired, then they deducted 900 rps + 162 GST for 4 quarters and then staff was not supportive that senior citizen traveled 4 times to the bank still all the money is not reversed very sad to see the truth of banks @RBI should see such issues, staff is lazy like anything worst experience being customer of such bank for over 20 years request you guys to close bank accounts in this bank
