★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a senior person having my driving license issued by union of India (Tamilnadu). I am not getting your bmtc card. In your bmtc Office at Majestic told that we can use Adhar, PAN, or Driving license for avail concession.
But today morning by 8.49am from military Dairy Farm to KR market, in route no.287Y/1, depot.46.
The conductor refused to issue concession ticket replied that the driving license issued by Tamilnad.
Driving license is the status of union of India issued at Tamilnadu. What's the meaning of union of India card.
This is indirectly destroys national integrity.

But till now no action has taken on that driver and there is no reply for my complaint, If it was a zero rating i cough have given that for the Worst service...

You can reach any point of Bangalore from this place ... There are sufficient buses to carry all people... Vajra pushpak air suspension modern buses are of good quality and provide good service .. Some old buses are also there you have to adjust if you have to travel in them .. Daily pass facility is a good option if you are travelling to more than 2 or 3 destination in a day ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unfriendly staff, even the administrative ones, who behave as if they are colonial masters; The process followed is confusing and chaotic. The bus service is the worst. Buses that leak water in during rain; Frequent breakdowns in the middle of the road affecting traffic and commuters; Buses that catch fire including its premium Volvo services; Ticket prices are sky high; Rash driving; Monopoly over city transportation leaving no alternatives for lower and middle class residents.

Some times they behave rude because they have to answer many people and big crowd.
Because their hectic job due to managing huge crowd they may behave rude but you will get required information from them.

Hygiene is not at all maintained. People of BMTC should take a serious note of it.
This place is the most worst and non hygiene place in Bengaluru. Please keep your premises clean and hygienic
