★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person is least interested . No greetings , No happy face . No booking enthusiastic... We asked for test ride and he kept looking for keys n bike. Finally I did a test ride and upfront ly asked for quote. He never gave his number ... I asked him and he casually wrote on page. My friend wanted to take a test ride for GS310 but the agent told there is NO PETROL in the test drive bike. (SERIOUSLY & ITS BMW ) . Its too far from my place but bad experience. Finally we are keeping with Himalayan & friend has checked for Meteor on the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and the staff present at site are very knowledgeable, keeping up the premium brand name at top. The moment u will enter the showroom, they will greet u and help u picking up the best choice which is both affordable and best suited for u. And even when u talk to staff about trying out the jacket and other stuff, they will help you with it. I had gone for talking about the mid segment GS bikes which where not yet launched but they still did their level best to satisfy me. Anyone who is looking to upgrade to a premium brand must atleast visit this place once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A week back me and my husband visited the showroom the service was unexpectedly poor not every day we go to showrooms like BMW to purchase it’s not in a shopping list, you people really need a training on customer service the receptionist could not even write my husband spelling correctly she was so busy in organising her beauty parlour appointment, this salesman did not even offer us to sit or The courtesy to offer water how ridiculous it is. He was least bothered to explain the bifurcation of 2 different modules he was like you can check it on online.
Bike is not something that you can buy it online we go to a showroom to experience it physically, i’m so disappointed. Unfortunately we only have one showroom in Pune . please consider this feedback for your improvement.
