Had waiting time of 15 mins but that's fine.

You need soft copy of your invoice to email id provided by them only ..
and your defective product will change.
4 star because mere pass soft copy nahi tha invoice ki to inho ne hard copy accept to kiya lekin bahut der baad...

You have to mail your invoice to their mail given at service center then if your product can be repaired, then they will ask you to leave the item for some days , else they will give you new product within no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ???I will suggest all NOT to purchase BOAT product because their after sales service is VERY BAD. They have no specific brand service centre. They have no process to attend customers. They do not provide proper function to employee because staff is very good at work but they don't have proper staff or sources.
Nothing is good to say about BOAT or SERVICE CENTRE?

Just mail them your purchasing invoice and wait for your turn. Too easy.

The process is simple you need to email your problem with invoice copy (for boat).
